How are your packages shipped?
Our warehouse in China will ship packages via ePacket or EMS depending on the product weight and dimensions.
Are there any shipping restrictions?
While we have the ability to provide free shipping to over 180 countries around the globe, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of these locations, we will contact you.
We are not responsible for customs fees if any on items shipped. When purchasing our products, you consent that one or more may be issued a customs fee as they arrive in your country.
How long does it take to ship my package?
Our shipping time varies by location. Mostly, customers can expect packages within 10-30 business days (not including our 2-5 day processing time).
Please note, while we try our best to ship products within that time frame, sometimes shipping can take up to 45 days (not including our processing time) depending on your location.
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order has been shipped. If you do not receive this email within 5 business days, please contact us.
Some shipping companies can take 2-5 business days for tracking information to update on their system.
Please note that some items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages.
